When your clan is on GRADE 1 you can go to NPC and buy capes which one you prefer. The grade system is as in the following.

• Grade 1 : 500.000 National Points
• Grade 2 : 300.000 National Points
• Grade 3 : 200.000 National Points
• Grade 4 : 32.000 National Points
